What was Jesus feeling and thinking while he was mocked and humiliated in front of others? Recall Jesus` own teachings (Matt 5:11), Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoic
I could not presume to guess what Jesus was thinking or feeling. But I read in the Bile that He agonized and sweat blood over what was to come and that He went through with it in obedience to His Father. And just before His death He said, Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.

The Soldiers Mock Jesus
The Soldiers were mocked and humiliated Jesus in front of the people. But Jesus was not responded against them. Jesus is a good example of humility. He made Himself as a good model infront of the people, to whom He taught the word of God.

The Soldiers Mock Jesus

The soldiers led him away within the court, which is the Praetorium; and they called together the whole cohort. They clothed him with purple, and weaving a crown of thorns, they put it on him. They began to salute him, "Hail, King of the Jews!" They struck his head with a reed, and spat on him, and bowing their knees, did homage to him. When they had mocked him, they took the purple off of him, and put his own garments on him. They led him out to crucify him.
