causing to sin
The things I might eliminated was bad behaviors, greedy, wise, gossip and abussive, those characters are demonic and to make spiritually healthy, I may have a good manners to neighbors, respect the elders, give hands or help the needy, avoid selfishness, wising and gossip to others, not self abusive for plesures, and always with relationship with god, pray every night and day, always at the best characters and if god is within us were living in peaceful life, like the salts, how important the salts to our body, we can live without gold but we can not live without salts our bodies contains some percentage of salts, its like god, how precious the lord god to our life.

Spiritual health
We have to eliminate the lust of the flesh. The things which are coming from our heart makes unclean us. We have to repent ourselves and request God to fill our heart with holy spirit. We have to read the Bible, pray and worship Him. Then the activities of flesh will become eliminated from our life and we will be more spiritually healthy.

Causing to Sin

"Whoever will cause one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if he was thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around his neck. If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having your two hands to go into Gehenna, into the unquenchable fire, 'where their worm doesn't die, and the fire is not quenched.' If your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life lame, rather than having your two feet to be cast into Gehenna, into the fire that will never be quenched--'where their worm doesn't die, and the fire is not quenched.' If your eye causes you to stumble, cast it out. It is better for you to enter into the Kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into the Gehenna of fire, 'where their worm doesn't die, and the fire is not quenched.' For everyone will be salted with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt. Salt is good, but if the salt has lost its saltiness, with what will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace with one another."
