What do you think might have led Joseph of Arimathaea to be a disciple of Jesus?
Joseph was truly a believer of Christ. He followed Jesus, learned from Him, and followed Him. I do not know what led him to be a disciple.

Matthew`s Biography of Jesus - The Burial of Jesus
This part of Jesus` life is new to me. I did not know that Joseph had gone out of his way to bild the tomb. The two Maries who pined by the front of the tomb will always be remembered. Mary Madgelene ''I did not know Mary`s last name'' should be praised and celebrated!!!!! Amen!!!

What do you think might have led Joseph of Arimathaea to be a disciple of Jesus?
The miracles and supernatural events that occurred. No one ever died like Jesus, a sinless Son of God was crucified in a sinner`s place. Many became believers because Jesus` death was no ordinary crucifixion and no ordinary death. When Joseph asked Pilate for Jesus` body, he was not afraid to make it known that he was a follower of Jesus.

The Burial of Jesus

When evening had come, a rich man from Arimathaea, named Joseph, who himself was also Jesus' disciple came. This man went to Pilate, and asked for Jesus' body. Then Pilate commanded the body to be given up. Joseph took the body, and wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock, and he rolled a great stone to the door of the tomb, and departed. Mary Magdalene was there, and the other Mary, sitting opposite the tomb.
