IT IS DIFFICULT TO FORGIVE BUT WE MUST!
For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Anyway your constant Prayers in secret is very hard.
Therefore it may be neccesary to have a prayerbook like the CommonPrayer of Anglican Church. What Jesus really means maybe is that whose who do not acquire prayers in secret, may not participate in undeniable, public prayers.

First when we pray we must reconize ouf Father, and not be praying to anyone but him. i believe that when we pray the Lords prayer that we cover all bases. But one of the hardest things for us to do is to forgive others. when we don't forgive others the Lord willn't forgive us or hear our prayer

Prayer

When you pray to God, it should be in secret between you and HIm.  Praying in secret will reveal your rewards in the open.  Thanking him for the daily blessings from the time you wake until you lay down at night.  Ask for God to put in your heart the spirit of forgiveness, deliver us from the temptations of the flesh, be it greed, lust, hate and discontent of your friends and neighbors.  If you don't forgive, then the Father will not forgive you.  How can we love God, someone we cannot see or touch, but we have the hardest time loving the man that are present in your lives everyday.  God says to love your neighbor and you shall love me too.

The Power of Pray

The power of prayer is not the result of the person praying. Rather, the power resides in the God who is being prayed to. 1 John 5:14-15 tells us, "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us - whatever we ask - we know that we have what we asked of him." No matter the person praying, the passion behind the prayer, or the purpose of the prayer - God answers prayers that are in agreement with His will. His answers are not always yes, but are always in our best interest. When our desires line up with His will, we will come to understand that in time. When we pray passionately and purposefully, according to God's will, God responds powerfully!

We cannot access powerful prayer by using "magic formulas." Our prayers being answered is not based on the eloquence of our prayers. We don't have to use certain words or phrases to get God to answer our prayers. In fact, Jesus rebukes those who pray using repetitions, "And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. Prayer is communicating with God. All you have to do is ask God for His help. Psalm 107:28-30 reminds us, "Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven.

Why does God appreciate prayers in secret more than public prayers?
Those who make a 'show' of their prayer and devotion to God are not truly believers in the Kingdom of the Lord. The hypocrites made a show of how much they prayed to the Lord, but did not live their lives in true Christian spirit.

Why does God appreciate prayers in secret more than public prayers?
God wants us to pour our hearts to him freely and in a simpl manner. In public some of us might get concious n deliberately choose words and phrases to make our prayers flowery...that MIGHT HAMPER the work of HOLY SPIRIT...because of lack of concentration.. But alone in a private place we can pray without being concious n totally invlove in one to once experience with Father through JESUS with the help of HOLY SPIRIT.. We can concentrate on the presence of the Three in our private praying place instead of concentrating on people around us.

Prayer

"When you pray, you shall not be as the hypocrites, for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Most certainly, I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you pray, enter into your inner chamber, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. In praying, don't use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. Therefore don't be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him. Pray like this: 'Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.'
"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
