The disciples were weaken in faith before the storm, but been able to see Christ in control; actually reaffirmed their faith that Jesus Christ is definately "IN CONTROL" of all situations. Amen

Yes, the disciples were so so scared of this storm. they lost their faith. Jesus said to them basically "where is your faith." Jesus then put his hands up and stop the storm. Wow, what a powerful man! Even the storm obeyed Jesus. after this, disciples wer no longer afraid, but wondered how can a man get a storm to obey him. As i live my life and I see a storm, I think back to the desciples in this boat. I'm no longer afraid.

How did the disciples` fear before the storm differ from their fear after the storm?
They were very fear and called out to Jesus for help and after Jesus stopped the storm they were pleased but troubled who Jesus is because even the waves listens and obey Him. It teach us two lessons. 1. we seems to forget that Jesus is with us when troubles comes our way and fear how to handle problems. 2. Some times our problems were solved or things we in need of were provided and we instead of thanking God we question who did that? Or most times we say we are lucky to be saved instead of thanking.
