Though I am not pulling any certain scripture per say as my full answer. I would gather that since woman was made for man to be his helper, Jesus who is made complete in turn calls Himslef our Bridegroom and we His children, His Bride.

Of course no one knows, but I think it may have been that He knew He would eventually ascend to heaven and would not want to leave a wife (and possibly kids) behind because they would feel like He had abandoned them.

Honestly I never read anything in the bible about Jesus personal love life / or marry a woman to be his wife… Only GOD and Jesus knew everything… Our thinking is different to GOD and Jesus… I can give answer to any question, but my answers are still depending what’s written in the bible..... GOD is selfless, his first priority is the people on this earth… In Revelation 22:13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End." It’s clear that there is no woman involve from the start and up to the end…
