Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?
Yes Jesus did believe lowly people are valuable. In Matt 8:2-3, a leper came and worshipped him saying "Lord if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean". And Jesus put forth His hand and touched him. He did not send the poor man away but reached out to him. Jesus showed how valuable lowly people are also in Matt 9:2, He healed another man sick of palsy. Jesus never looked down on these people He was showing an example to His disciples to help the lowly. He told His disciples, "if any one wants to be first, he shall be last of all and a servant to all". I think through all these, He wanted them to know how valuable these people are to Him.

What is the Kingdom of God?
THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS A WORLD-RULING MONARCHY THAT GOD WILL ESTABLISH ON THIS EARTH THROUGH JESUS CHRIST. IT IS A LITERAL KINGDOM THAT HAS NOT YET COME TO EARTH.IT IS A LITERAL KINGDOM RULING OVER THE WHOLE EARTH. GOD'S KINGDOM WILL BE AN EVERLASTING KINGDOM,AND ALL RULERS WILL WORSHIP AND OBEY GOD. THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS ATTAINED ONLY THROUGH JESUS CHRIST'S CENTRAL ROLE AS THE PERSONAL SAVIOR OF ALL WHO WOULD ENTER THAT KINGDOM. THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS GOD'S PROPHESIED WORLD -RULING GOVERNMENT. JESUS WILL RETURN TO EARTH AND ESTABLISH THIS KINGDOM.

"According to Jesus, what does it mean to be loved by God?"
TO BE LOVED BY GOD, MEANS THAT GOD WILL MAKE HIS HOME WITH US AND BE WITH US ALL THE TIME. GOD WILL ALSO APPEAR OR DISCLOSE HIMSELF TO US. GOD GAVE UP HIS ONLY SON, JESUS, SO THAT OUR SINS WOULD BE FORGIVEN AND WE WOULD  HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. GOD WILL ALSO BE WITH US AND PROTECT US. WE SHOULD LOVE GOD AND KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS.

"According to Jesus, what does it mean to be loved by God?"
To be loved by God, is to know that God "remembers that we are dust" and their is no Holy length that He has not gone to, is going to, or is willing to go to inorder to reconcile us back to Himself.  God has committed Himself unto us "Until death do we part." "For your Maker is your husband. The LORD Almighty is his name." And for this call God left his Holy Kingdom in Heaven, the Word becoming flesh and dwelt among as Jesus Christ our blessed Bridegroom faithful to the end to a unfaithful people, and He didn't "strive, nor cry, neither did any man hear his voice in the street." And even during the darkness of Good Friday, God still remembered that He "formed us from the dust of the ground and breathed into our nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?
yes.  I believe Jesus looked upon the lowly just as He did the children.  How receive we  them is how we receive Jesus.

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Yes.  Jesus believes lowly people are valuable.  Through the Love of Jesus the lowly are in many ways the key to unlocking the True Love of Christ in us (love in deed and in truth).  For as much as we do unto the least (lowly) of Gods People we do also unto Jesus.   When I was hungry, you fed me; when I was homeless, you took me in, when I was naked, you clothe me...Jesus makes a direct correlation between the lowly and himself, to the point of commanding us that when you see the lowly see Me (Jesus) and treat Me, the Lowly Jesus, accordingly.

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Yes he does and Jesus believes the Lowly people are so valuable because he doesn't value earthly success, prosperity, human skills, or large crowds as we do. Instead, He seeks out the weak and lowly who would best demonstrate His strength and wisdom. As Paul wrote,

"...not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty... that no flesh should glory in His presence.” 1 Corinthians 1:26-31

Only a few poor shepherds heard the angels' joyous announcement and saw the newborn King. The highly respected men of Jerusalem neither heard nor saw the fulfillment of the long awaited prophesies. Content with their world and committed to their ways, they were oblivious to history's most momentous event!  Our sovereign King -- born into time as Man, risen in eternity as Savior -- doesn't do things our way. His more excellent ways confound the world's most noble dreams and heart-felt sympathies. They always have! Contrary to our feel-good presumption about God, His nature and whatever "new thing" we attribute to Him, His narrow way rarely matches our wide gateways to "success

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

yes, JESUS believes it.

Jesus loves lowly people alot more than the rich, for example- JESUS best friend was Lazarus, he was not a rich or a wealthy person but he was a poor person, same way Jesus told the parable of a widow and how ge valued the coin which the widow gave, etc.
