June 22, 2017 Why did the people ask Jesus to leave, even after He delivered the two demon-possessed men?
The city was a Gentile one (east of the Jordan, raising pigs, etc). They were either Greeks or Hellenized Jews who had pagan beliefs and feared powerful magicians. They did not understand Jesus.
