Why do you think Peter denied Jesus?
As many of the misteries of the Bible, this is one we´ll have to solve in the kingdom come for it is us that will be persecuted. Then we just have to ask ourselfs, wouldn´t not have been better that Jesus was with one of His dispaples in His last minute, He was dieing for all of us...when tha time comes, some are going to do as Peter(whom latter died in a horrific way anyway) and deny his or her faith, and others that will not do it, knowing we have eternal life in His name.

Firts of all, the forgiveness of the original sin through his death. Then the peace of of the Holly spirit this in our present lifes, and then the eternal life in the future, with him throgh His resurection. He really took care of us.

Why did Jesus equate raising Lazarus from the dead with "seeing the glory of God"?
because it was through that act of Jesus, that God presented to the world His glory. And if there was a doubt in anyones mind, there and then, it was settled

Based on Jesus` story, how does God the Father feel when a lost child returns home?
He is always there for us. The free will that makes us choose sometimes, most of the times the wrong way, as in the parable; shows us what is imoportant in our lives. To be a son, of our Father, or a servant of the world in wich we can get lost very easy. It is us who repent, trully from the heart and soul, with a counscious mind, who rejoice with Him, better so if we never leave His side. For Him is always waiting keeping His mighty eye in all of us His children.

Why did Jesus say, "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and announce the Kingdom of God"?
The answer is, he who believes and follows Him has instantly, right there and then eternal life, for he or she will live by the spirit, the hard part is to believe and then the hardest is to live a life with no other need but the His love, that has nothing to do with the life we have lived up to that point. As we are stubborn and our heart has hardened some rather live a life where is death and get comfortable in a little world rather than to live at large with our LORD JESUS CRIST.
