June 24, 2010 Why did Jesus´ penalty for "sin" need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?
Because JESUS was/IS "Fully GOD & Fully Human." He was in Genesis "In(John1:1-5) The WORD became Flesh." JESUS was more concerned about HIS 'Moment' of Seperation from HIS Father as WE should be.

No. Like a Loving Parent trying to teach their Children HE was explaining to the Disciples "The Scriptures MUST be Fulfilled." The Disciples had thought The Messiah was coming to Become Israels Physical Ruler" HE Was on a Higher Plane that anyone. HE Spoke in Parables and Fulfilled way too Many Scriptures to just be another Prophet as many False religions try & make HIM out to be.

June 10, 2010 Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?
Because until JESUS was sent to Earth from Heaven ALL people lived under the Old law.Most Scribes/Lawyers of Religion took the 10 Commandments and do what Lawyers do. Make it Impossible for US to pay or Understand" Adding how many to the 10"What does (Revelations 22:18-19) say about adding or subtracting from GODS Word/Law" CHRIST came to show US the way to Eternal Paradise with HIM in Heaven.CHRIST was setting the Table for The NEW Testament to be Fulfilled and HIS Fathers Perfect Will.JESUS 'Led by Example'.WE are to be doing HIS perfect will in OUR Lives as HE wants US to.AS CHRIST Spoke:"Love GOD above ALL Things & Love your Neighbor as yourself."

June 07, 2010 How does being forgiven increase ones love for God? Note: According to Jesus, God`s forgiveness is motivated by love.
The More sin filled ones life has much shame from it HAS Much to be so Thankful for Forgiveness.Mary Crying and Annointing JESUS' Feet. You WANT to Thank GOD Daily after being 'Set Free'. CHRIST was always motivated by HIS Unconditional Love & Sympathy for US as we read over and over. HE NEVER healed anyone out of Motive or for Recognition. Out of Pure Love for US that HE Went to the Cross & Freely gave up HIS Earthly Life in a Painfull and Horrifically Brutal Crucifiction.
