How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him? a New commandment?In the Gospel of Mattew Jesus says No one knows the Son, except the Father; neither does anyone know the Father, except the Son and Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. to love Jesus is a new commandment in it self, to follow his ways is a commandment and following Jesus`s and in the Gospel of John If a man loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him, and make our home with him. He who doesn`t love me doesn`t keep my words. to See GOD we need to first love Jesus as so to be very intimate and passionate about his love towards the world and his sheep. |

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?I would ask Jesus to forgive my enemies first, then ask him to pardon the world for their many many sins, seek advice on how to pray for others especially the non believers and ask for the Gift of the Holy Spirit to be showered upon all those who blasphemy him, so that the Veil from their eyes, minds and hearts would fall and that they could see the Truth in Jesus. I would want all of God Children to have Riches in Heaven and belive in the Kingdom of GOD as the right place for every child of GOD. I would also ask mercy for those who are poor, hungered & have not food nor water to drink, those who are plagued with sicknesses and those who are to die soon that they would be able to be in the Kingdom of GOD, and Last would ask that every one would receive the True Guidence of the Holy Spirit that he may be with me forever, --the Spirit of truth. |

Why does Jesus call Love One Another a New commandment?In the Gospel of Mattew Chapter 22 : Jesus explains about the whole law and that the prophets depend on two commandments. `You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.` This is the first and great commandment. A second likewise is this, `You shall love your neighbor as yourself.` We are all God Children be it an enemy or friend or some one we don`t know, they are still a Child of GOD, GOD is Love, GOD is Peace, GOD is Just, GOD is HOLY, and GOD loves his children just as a Shepard loves his Sheep, so as if it were to be lost, GOD would bring his lost sheep back to the ONE ture Family which is GOD Family. We all know the commandments yet we use them to suit just only our lives and not care about the outer world, that is why in Gospel of Luke 6 Jesus remarks this Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you" If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you" If you lend to those from whom you hope to receive, what credit is that to you" But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing back; and your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High; for he is kind toward the unthankful and evil. '' We in our lives should do the extra ordinary, Which will make us True Followers of Jesus and Children of GOD. |

What is the Kingdom of God?The Kingdom of God doesn`t come with observation, but it is within the people, it is a place of love, peace, and justice, only through understanding can be approached, such as a innocent child can enter, of spiritual rebirth, and doing the will of God. No earthly thing that rots can enter into the kingdom of GOD, We should all look to JESUS Christ as he holds the path/ Gateway to the Kingdom of GOD. The kingdom of God is peopled by the righteous and Just.from the lesson reading I understand that we have all been ignorant and overlooked time as God has declared to the world through Jesus Christ that all people everywhere should repent, He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through Jesus Christ whom He has appointed as his Only Son, having furnished proof to all people by raising Him from the dead. Judgement will come to the living and the dead. God reveals through Jesus Christ, is that we all live as brothers and sisters, as sons and daughters of God mentioned in the bible ''Is 2:2-5, Is 11:6-9, Is 40:4-5, Eph 1:3, 9-10''. Only by being in tune with God`s intention will we ever know true fulfillment or happiness in this life. Prayer, discernment and knowledge of God`s revealed Word are needed to discover how one can be in tune with God`s intention. |
