To many people want to be seen instead of God. This thing is about God and not about ourself. We have people out here want the glory instead of giving it to who deserve it. But as the Bible says WOE for they will get theirs. You may shine now but in the end we shall see where the light will shine.

Because it was pure and NO man had ever sat upon it just like His Mother pure (virgin)

Jesus still love Peter because He already new what Peter was going to do before he did it, and Jesus new that all this had to be fufill what the prophecy had told of His death and resurrection.

Peter probably felt as if Jesus didn't believe him because he became agitated or should I say upset
