Luke describes how the angel Gabriel predicted the birth of Jesus to his mother Mary. According to Luke, what did the angel Gabriel predict as the future role of Jesus? Note: The name Jesus is the Greek form of Joshua, which means "God saves."
The angle Gabriel predicted the birth of Jesus to his mother mary and behold you conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son and shall call his name jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Highest  and  the Lord God will give him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever and His Kindom there will be no end.

In anticipation of what is ahead, Jesus experiences intense emotions, described as trouble, distress and exceeding sorrow. What final decision does Jesus make here in discussion with his "Abba Father" (daddy)?
As the hours approaches to his pending humiliation, torture and painful death, Jesus prayed to God, his father whom he affectionally called Abba. Jesus appealed for this suffering to be dispensed with. But if it is Gods WILL Jesus would still submit to the suffering as atonement for earthly mans sins. Gods purpose for Jesus, his only Devine Son, to physically undergo the suffering demonstrates the profound love He has for man, as He understands the tremendous sorrow and suffering that Abraham must had felt when he  raised his knife in obedience to Gods command to sacrifice his son as a sacrificial lamb! God temporarily abandoned and submit His Devine Son  to mans cruelty despite man disobedience and sinful ways. What more can man expect of God "

Peter was convinced that he would be loyal to Jesus even if it meant dying. Who would you sincerely be willing to die for?
It appears to be a hard question ,but it calls up on the powers from God to die for some one and it involves being a strong believer ,as for the love Jesus showed to us ,i would actually die for him

Why does Jesus encourage focusing on the daily task at hand and discourage predicting the future?
The empasis of this verse is not on Jesus' lack of knowledge, but rather on the fact that no one knows. It is God the Father's secret to be revealed when he wills. No one can predict by Scripture or science the exact day of Jesus' return. Jesus is teaching that preparation, not calculation, is needed.

Jesus claimed that after a future period of destruction and distress, he (The Son of Man) will come back to earth with great power and glory. What did Jesus say he would do at that time?
Jesus claimed that after a future period of destruction and distress, he (The Son of Man) will come back to earth with great power and glory. What did Jesus say he would do at that time"  Jesus said He would send out his angels, gather together his chosen ones from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the sky, those who have passd before us and those living with us.
