Jesus was not crucified on Friday. We sometimes forget that the Jewish people have HIGH SABBATHS. That year, there was a High Sabbath. He was crucified on Wednesday. He had to spend 3 days and nights in the belly of the earth...like Jonah in the belly of the whale. It is one detail that caused me great confusion and when I discovered this, it set me free a little more. Please research this... and tell others because it may open up the truth to help them. A Christian for 32 years... before I found out this! It made a serious difference. Thanks. See you in the sky!
