Jesus the same Yesterday, Today, and Forever. If you believe Jesus as your Lord and Savior and ask forgiveness in all our sins He will clean us and heal us Physically and Spiritually.

I think that the only point that the writer wished to establish; that is, to show that Jesus of Nazareth was descendant from David. As what the Scripture told.
March 08, 2007 How do you think Peter felt after his discussion with Jesus?
I think Peter got courage after his discussion with Jesus. Because we learned in this passage that Peter once again committed his life to ther Lord even what manner of death would be such as to honor God. Commitment to follow Jesus is not a once in a lifetime decision only. When we receive Him as Lord and Savior that is only the first step in following Him. We have started in a right direction. New birth is only once. But ther are times when we need to recommit our lives to Him, especially if we have backslidden. Peter was called by our Lord to follow Him, and he try to compare himself with John. Our Lord`s answer shows that it is not our business to ask such question. Each of us is responsible to Him for ourselves only.
March 07, 2007 Why do you think Jesus chose to appear to the disciples in this way?
During the second appearance of Jesus He specifically sent them to preach the Gospel, But now instead of going and preaching the goodnews of salvation, they had gone back to fishing. They forgotten thier commitment to our Lord to serve Him full time; and followed their old ways habit. But our Lord`s attitude towards them are loving, humble- instead of waiting. He went to them. Jesus seemed to tell them If fish is what you want, I will give them to you. But is this what you really want" Our Lord loves us very much. Even when we have backslidden, He still loves us and patiently waits for us to return to him.
