What is authority, and how did Jesus demonstrate authority in his teachings and actions?
All power over all creation is given unto Jesus from the Father. Jesus teaches us that having possession of the Holy Spirit we must rebuke satan and commend the desired action to be fullfilled in his name. He said anything we ask for in his name shall be given and in the named of Jesus all knee shall bow and every tongue must confess to Him. All power is given unto us in the name of Jesus. We are reminded that when Jesus started His mission, he was tempted by Satan and overcame, thereafter, Satan realized he has no power. Jesus told us Christian that he gave us the same authority to cast out demons and do greater things than he did. Saints, lets use the authority of Jesus to keep Satan harmless, ineffective and inoperative until that Great day. Glory to God in teh highest.

What part of Jesus` "mission statement" (reading from Isaiah) has the most appeal to you?
The entire passage provides a summary of Jesus's mission from God and it has been fullfilled in his total life time on earth. Jesus did exactly what was read from the book of Isaiah. It was from this backdrop that I recognized Jesus was sent from the father. No one else in bibical time completed this mission. It is from this mission that I designed my faith and humble Christian life. Jesus said, "Go yea unto to all the world and preach the gospel. He said, "I must go so that I can send the great advocate to you". Believers will do Greater things than he has done, tehrefore we are annointed to carry out his work based on his mission statement.

What is the role of the Holy Spirit during Jesus` challenge with the devil?
The Holy Spirit is the rpesence of God in Jesus. Jesus said, I in my father and my father is in me. The role of teh Holy Spirit was to overcome the temptation of teh devil and to reveal teh authority of God that no man can tempt God. This was the occasion for Jesus to recieve the full possession of God's authorith and power to fullfill his mission in which he came.

When Peter realised he had denied knowing Jesus, why did he cry?

Peter cried because he remembered Jesus told him in advanced that he was going to denied Him before the cock crowed three times. Peter realized that Jesus foreseen the future before it took place, and Peter never thought he would have denied Jesus. Peter also was under the conviction as to How could he have done such as thing to someone whom he was so close to. I guest, Peter foundout at that instance that Jesus was truely the Christ whom he denied.

What do you think Jesus was feeling at the point of his arrest?
Jesus perhaps said to himself "This is the moment that I spoke of to my desciples and what I am awaiting". Jesus was ready for the transition so that Prophesy must be fulfilled and we would have eternal life.
