May 20, 2007 Why did Jesus? penalty for sin need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?
The physical penalty was for the purpose of emphasizing to the people who otherwise would not understand the sacrifice made. They had not understood his teachings not to talk of understanding the spiritual separation from God.
April 29, 2007 Good News: The Kingdom of God has come
It has always been my belief that has always been with encouraging us to recruit `soldiers` for the battle of the Kingdom of God. The battle agaist satan and minnions. At the end satan and his group will be swept out and the righteous will inherit the earth and then is established the Kingdomof God firmly on earth. With the spread of Christianity the task soon will be completed. The Kingdom is here. The ongoing battle is to establish it firmly in the hearts of man.

April 21, 2007 Life of Jesus - First Century Context of Palestine (Israel)
Jesus lived most of his lfe in Nazareth. Quite early in his life he understood the laws and the scriptures which marveled the Jewish leaders. He used his knowledge to advantage. As much as the jewish leaders tried they could not fault him, nor could they hurt him physically since God his father always protected him from their evil plans. They only got him when they did because it was time for God`s will to be fulfilled.
