June 22, 2012 Why did the multitude want Barabbas released rather than Jesus?
The people had been persuaded by their leaders to let Barnabas go because they envied Jesus. Also the scriptures had to be fulfilled. Jesus had to die for our sins even though he was blameless.

June 19, 2012 Why did the high priest view it as blasphemy when Jesus acknowledged that he was the Christ, the Son of God?
Because they thought he was lying and that He could not equate himself with God. Besides, they could not fathom God having a son on earth moreso coming from a lowly birth.

June 15, 2012 Why was it wrong for the servant to bury the talent?
It is always good to use one's God given talent to the Glory of God. He has given us individual talents to use and gain multiplicity. Eg. Evangelism, teacing giving, etc. when one hides one's God given talent is like burying God's glory.
