Can you not tell that Jesus, is different. Not merely because he is not Roman, for he is set apart from the Jews as well. His difference is from God. His actions, reactions and preception is beyond this world. It is given from God that is how he is able to do the miracles. It is given to him by God. Follow him open-mindedly and you can`t help but see that he is the Son of God.
That is what I would write if were Mark and had to address a Roman audience.
