May 10, 2007 If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?
I would be so wowed by my fortune of dining with Jesus that I would forget all my questions, stumble over every word, and beg Him to do all the talking. I would want to be a listener and a notetaker so I don`t forget anything. I would want to soak up everything Jesus wants me to learn from our time together. So often in life I spend my time running from task to task and not stopping to listen to His voice. I want to be like Mary, listening at the feet of Jesus and not Martha, running around Him trying to be the perfect hostess.
