January 01, 2010 How did John`s testimony prepare people to receive Jesus and His message?
John prepared the way for Jesus coming by letting them know that he was not the one. He told them one would be coming after him who would be the true Messiah who would baptize them with the holy spirit.

June 19, 2008 Why did the high priest view it as blasphemy when Jesus acknowledged that he was the Christ, the Son of God?
Many of them felt they were the chosen one so when a humble man came along and propheside that he was the son of God they felt he was saying blasphemy against God.

June 17, 2008 Why do you think Peter was so emphatic and yet so wrong about denying Jesus?
Peter told Jesus he would not deny him but when time came he did deny him. It shows what can happen through being afraid. Peter did notwant to die. Also Jeus knew it was going to happen so the scriptures werewritten
