January 30, 2008 How does being forgiven increase ones love for God? Note: According to Jesus, God`s forgiveness is motivated by love.
God showed his love and forgiveness by giving his only son jesus christ to die on the cross to take away our sins.We have to think about the hardships that Jesus went through by giving his life on the cross just for our sins.In return we have to love God by obeying his commandments and be his true follower so that we dont commit sin. By doing so, we are showing love to God.

To be loved by God, we have to love him first by obeying his commandments and keep his word and then he will love us by showing us the right meaning of life and he will also disclose himself to us so that we will never perish but have eternal life.
