Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Jesus in his three years on earth, he showed us how to live a meaningful life as he was. Be friendly to the marginalized, desparate, hunger, distressed, cripples and show them love. This is what I need to do everyday to live a Christian life. Do what he commanded me to, in fact that was what he tried to show the Pharisees, as an example for them, not just live a life in words, pretences, hyprocritical, and ignorant of their fellow beings troubles. He lived to be example of the Torah, asked anyJews to live by as God had commanded. Lord teach me to live a life you want me to live, to show others Jesus cares, so are His followers. Rich people are more difficult than camel to go thru the eye of a pin, for they hold onto their riches, material things which they could not let go.

Jesus shows the way to be saved is to follow him, rich or poor, black or white, tall or short, for the only name given on earth that one can be saved is Jesus. Follow him and do what he instructed. That is trust and obey.

Define "Compassion"?
Jesus is the good shepherd willing to die for us, lay down his life for us, this is the compassion of God without any conditions. We should be like him, giving ourselves up to Him and keep his commamdments in order to love him and have compassion for others.

The Lord loves us with a passionate love. "I am the good Shepherd. The good Shepherd gives His life for the sheep… I know My sheep, and am known by My own… I lay down My life for the sheep. I have come that you may have life and that you may have it more abundantly" John 10:11, 14, 15, 10.
