Why is it OK with God to pay the one who worked all day the same amount paid to the one who worked only an hour?

In God's eyes we are all equal and those work for God will inherit equal wages that is heavenly home, peace, joy and eternal life whether it work for long or short time.

Why did Jesus tell the rich man to sell all his possessions before coming to follow Him?
Richness in property is of the world which is like an obstacle in our spiritual life.so if we are to be fully devoted to God we need to forget about our worldly things and concentrate on God's word and work.That is why Jesus told the young man to be free from the things of the world so that he can follow God completely.

Why didn`t the disciples want little children to come to Jesus? Why did Jesus allow the little children to come?

Disciples thought that little children won't understand Jesus' teaching so they don't need to come to Jesus.

Jesus allowed little children to come to Him because they are innocent and would believe and obey what has been told to them or taught them.As Jesus was looking for the people who would obey and follow His teaching.
