How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him?" a "New" commandment?

If any man hears his voice and acts upon he would be there dining with him like a 'good friend'. One who believes in Him will never thirst because He shall provide the 'living water'. He sayes cast your burden upon Me to those who are heavey-laden for He would provide 'rest to their souls'. He assures to those who keep his command and abey, that they will be 'loved by His Father' and every thing will be disclosed to them. Thats the link of intimacy '' love one another "new" commandment''

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?

Good question. His presense would be the most joyous feeling more so dining, 'waw' happiness beyound explanations. well comming to discussion, first of all i would ask for His forgiveness because i sit with Him as a sinner,then i would wash His hands and feet, prepare a table to serve Him the best meal & would assure him of keeping his commandments and try to be worthy of His love & grace.

Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?
Love One Another - Yes i feel Jesus said a new commandment because the greatest command is Love your God with all your heart,soul and mind. and the second great is Love your neighbour as your self. and the new one is love one another because after God and Neighbour, one another includes ( all known and unknown people irrespective of cast and creed women and children and so on )

"According to Jesus, what does it mean to be loved by God?"
According to Jesus to be loved by GOD means, that GOD and Jesus shall make their abode in one who is abiding His word, His commandment, and beleiving in him, abiding in His love and they shall know his voice,follow Him and they shall never perish nor can be snatched away from his hand.

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?
Yes indeed Jesus belives that the lowly people are of more value than the others. For instance, he received the sinners and the tax-collectors the most out-casted people of the community and was also dining with them happily.The samaritan women, Jesus did not hesitate to approch her for water, but she did, but Jesus drank water drawn by her. He treates them alike with no disparity or discrimination. He watches the lowely more keenly and declared that the old poor widow put everything of hers, just not like the others from their surpluses. Then the childrens though not of the same status as older people yet he gave them the higher status equeling that of his.
