Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Yes Jesus did belive that lowly people are valuable(no matter our situation we are all a creation of God, fearfully and wanderfully made).

He showed how valuable they are by being with them most of the times mind you JESUS is the son of God.

compassion is a God given gift that the holy spirit preserves in our hearts,such that we are able to  feel with those in need or trouble situations and BE MOVED to help

He was God indeed dispite growing up in one of the hardest most strict society He lived a blameless life
