Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?
We have 2 minds, one is love &another hatredness. If new commandment of love is practiced(though very difficult), hatredness would be removed from the heart automatically leading to born again-live in love ie manifestation of Holy Spirit.

What is the Kingdom of God?
Jesus said we donot know the joy of heaven. It is like when two different baskets-one with gold  & other with grass seen by a cow, it goes to grass basket as it does not understand gold. Similarly we always have affinity for worldly pleasures and donot value the kingdom of God. Most nearly idea I can imagine about kingdom of God is to live in  world(mind) of spirit. We have 2 minds-spirit & flesh, one is good(peaceful,calm,Joyful) &other is evil(anxious,fearful,worring). I feel kingdom of God is to live in Jesus'spirit mentally.

"According to Jesus, what does it mean to be loved by God?"

We shall believe that we are the children of God and he loves us. He gave His only son so that we may be saved from hell by following him.
