January 17, 2008 Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?
My comment and thoughts are these...Jesus is helping us to take notice of people, not show an indifference and to not have a mental discriminatory attitude, learning how to preceive people beyond what looks good and valuable here just on earth. We learn what His perceptions are on equality. I think part of the point is to stop putting prices on people and the "value" of what they could/couldn't do but rather understand a mentality that is better for us as a whole and individually. No matter who you are or what your condition may be, you need love, companionship and a healthy mentality.
