judge yourself
Many of us choose to lay blame on others instead of building ourselves up. God through Jesus Christ has left the good book here on earth for us to grow spiritual. All the necessary tools for us to grow with Christ  is in the Bible. If we just read it for ourselves to grow, there would be no time to speck your brothers eye. Because we all fall short of the Glory of God and how do we have time to judge others when we have our ownselfs to clean up.

don't worry be happy
With what this world is going through, almost everybody is waking up worrying. With high gas pricing, foreclosures, no jobs to find, makes us vulnerable to worry. But Jesus says that we should not be anxious of things of need, and to not store these as treasure but to have faith in the God of life that your needs will be fulfilled to go to the father and ask that your life be fulfilled according to the Gospel and you will find out that you will be sheltered, dressed, and fed, for you loves you more than the Father.

choose God Almighty
When we were born we were sent here to spread the good news. However, with evil preying on us everyday, we must continue the fight to save souls. Paul states that Jesus wants us to run the race to spread the word of God not to serve this world and by spreading the word and living right your treasures will be stored in heaven

the power of fasting
Fasting shows the will we have for the Father. It reveals our inner spirit which feeds us more. Life is not about eating but being nourished by the word of God. We live off of the spiritual milk that God has given us to be consummed and to be shared with others that we may be fill with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit forever.

the power of praying
Yes the power of praying is the communcation vessel to God. He feels good to hear our voices and to have a conversation with him. To tell him our troubles and to confess to him our wrong doings lets him know that you do care and respect him and yourself. God loves us all and loves to talk to us but we have to love to talk to him in prayer so that your prayers may be answered
