Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

My question would be how and does God determines anyone lowly.  If I am not mistaken the Bible reads EVERY HUMAN is a CHILD OF GOD.

I  feel it makes no difference to God your "status" as long as you love and serve Him with all your heart.

HE DEFINATLEY LOVES YOU AND WANTS TO BE YOUR SAVIOUR.
