Jesus referred to the topic Love One Another as a New Commandment becasue there exist the ten (10) commandments of God through Moses but Jesus establish a commandment that supercides the ten commandment and as you obey the new commandment you will have automatically fulfilled the other ten (10) commandment.

As you love your neighbour as your self you will not do what you don't expect any body to do to you.
