Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?
because if we love one another and love our neighbors as we love ourselves, basically, we are fulfilling the 10 commandments that God has given us...

How does being forgiven increase ones love for God? Note: According to Jesus, God`s forgiveness is motivated by love.
If we forgive people and we are being forgiven,we will learn to love people more and eventually slowly learn to love our enemies...when we love people,it a way to share th love of God with others.And so, God will forgive us for our mistakes for He loves us so much.

"According to Jesus, what does it mean to be loved by God?"

To me, to be lovedby God is to love yourself and love others, your neighbour....because God will only love us if we love ourselves and love others.
