January 04, 2008 I am troubled today My question to God today... Are wealthy people bad" I have read in the bible that for rich people it is hard for them to go into the kingdom of heaven, why" Why is it bad to want to be wealthy" Why is it bad for people to want to succeed on earth" I ask this because these are things that I want for myself. I want to succeed in life and own my own business and have nice things, but why is that wrong" I want to be with Jesus, I want him to be pleased with me. Also, my husband is a worker and he likes good things in life too. I just which I could understand why we can't be good people that are wealthy and still go to the kingdom of heaven.
