Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?

Because God is Holy and being Holy as He is He loves us so much that He would n't want us to perish,He created a man in His own image so we must symbolise the love which is in our Heavenly Father,and by so doing we are being Holy like He is

How does being forgiven increase ones love for God? Note: According to Jesus, God`s forgiveness is motivated by love.

for God so loved tht He gave His only begoten son,the shedding of the blood of Jesus symbolises the forgiveness of sins,while we were yet dead and hopeless He send His only son so that we will be alive again in spirit from sins.Just knowing that we could have been death in spirit and have been given another oppurtunity tro experience life in abundance is indication of God's love for us which increases

"According to Jesus, what does it mean to be loved by God?"

To be loved by God means the following:

  • He will do anything to take us out of the sinful nature life.For He had loved that He gave His only son
  • that we keeping His commandments
  • We hear His word and we live according to His word

    • In conclusion God loves us all and cares for us so much and His Will is the most important thing in our lives and also obeying that Will

    Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?
    Yes,Jesus believe that lowly people are valuable.that is the raeson He said in every dinner or launch we hold we should invite the lowly people and not the rich and familiar people.When we receive the lowly people we receive Him but when we receive Him and Him alone and not others we sent Him away.The kingdom of Heaven is for those who will receive the children in this case the children symboilises the lowly people.Like He said in His Word that 'I was in hospital you did not come to seeme ,I was in jail yo did notr come to see me,I was hungry you did not cloth me,I was thirsty you did not givve me water to drink' this bring into mind that whatever is ther that we do not do to lowly people we also do not do to Jesus.So this is to say that the lowly people are highly favoured in the kingdom of God,looking at the story of Lazarus a very poor man indeed considered as a tramp but on the heavenly grounds he was considered as an overcomer.
