Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?
Because, this world needs to know that God ''loves'' them and He cares for us so much, that He send his son Jesus to die on the gross for us therefore they need to make Jesus the lord of their lives. That's why it is a new commandment. since we are the followers of Jesus we must love one another, the bible says love covers many sins.

What is the Kingdom of God?

The kingdom of God mighty be Jesus himself, since we have to go and proclaim the good news of the kingdom of God to all Nations. 

I can describe it as a joy, peace and happiness. or where the glory of God is.

Its a place of no sorrows and hatrate.

Its a place filled with the love of God and his Glory.
