The thing that is good about fasting is spending more time with God. Also giving up something that u love to do and spending more time with him.

March 27, 2007 What makes it so difficult to love our enemies? Bonus Question: What happens when we love our enemies?
Because they do things that make us mad and irritated. When we love our enemies God will bless us. And it makes them feel that they don`t have to mad us mad anymore.
