Why did Jesus clear the temple in such a dramatic manner? Why did not he try to accomplish the same thing more diplomatically?
He wanted send a clear message, that they was vIolating his law "of no selling in his house of prayer."

What lesson do you think Jesus taught the disciples by cursing the fig tree?

If we have faith, we can do all things.  God will answer our prayers as long as we have the faith, that he can do all things.

Why did Jesus call the Pharisees blind? What were they unable to see?
Because they were judging the disciples for disobeying the tradition of the elders, but could not see their own sin of disobeying God's commandment.  The Pharisees traditions did not glorify God in any way.  They were unable to see that eating with unclean hands does not defile the body because what goes into the body is later passed out of the body.  What come out of our heart can bring forth evil. Leading us to break God's commandments; murder, adultery, sexual sins, theft, false witness.

Why did Peter begin to sink when he became afraid? When is it wrong to be afraid?
Peter turned away from Jesus and began to focus on his fear (drowning).  He showed no faith or trust in following Jesus command that he should walk across the water to Jesus who was waiting.  It is wrong to be afraid, when we are following Jesus instructions/command. He said "he would never leave or forsake us.  He is the beginning and end of our destination.  When we are walking with Christ, we should fear no evil.

Why didn`t Jesus want those He healed to make Him known?

So that He could fulfill his instruction from the Lord.  He knew that the Pharisees was plotting to kill him and he wanted to complete his mission before giving his life as a sacrifice for our sins.
