Why do you think Peter was so emphatic and yet so wrong about denying Jesus?
when you concentrate all your resources into emotions, you have nothing left for efficient acts. That is why very enthusiastic people are not very practical, but here this was only a phase that Peter was going trough, he got much more mature after that, after the Holly Spirit enlighten him.

What do you value so much that if you lost it, you would do everything possible to find it?
The confidence that i am doing His will. Without that, i would be just lost, with no reason to continue my life, with no coherent plan to follow, like a child in the middle of a forest, holding in hand a broken compass.

Why was the woman`s act so pleasing to Jesus?
the act of the woman was absurd from the point of view of earthly man, because they could buy many things with the money for the oil, but, instead of that, the woman poured it on Jesus` head. Jesus was moved to see that that her love for Him pushed her beyond the barriers of reason, she love Him with great and sincere enthusiasm!

How does one love God with all his heart soul and mind? What does that look like?
By heart I understand enthusiasm, by the soul - the inner man and and by the mind - all of our intellectual faculties.

What lesson do you think Jesus taught the disciples by cursing the fig tree?
It is the faith lesson, of course, but it`s also the infructuous fig lesson. If the fig didn`t had any fruits when Jesus asked for a fruit, then it will never have at all. The time of the crops is not when we think it is, at the right season, it is at the moment Jesus demands it.
