How is gazing with lust like adultery?
you are looking at other people and secretly want to be with them. it is like adultry because you shoul only want ot be with your partner an dnot someone elses.

Jesus claimed that after a future period of destruction and distress, he (The Son of Man) will come back to earth with great power and glory. What did Jesus say he would do at that time?
He said that HE the Son of Man will come back to earth with great power and glory. And He is going to come and save all His faithful people.

What was Jesus trying to teach about giving (amount, motive, attitute)?

i think He was trying to show them that it is worth a lot more to give out of your heart and want to do something to help rather than just give because you have to or when you want to.

Why did Jesus? penalty for sin need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?
i think it is because it was to show that he went through pain and still remained faithful to the Father. so it was like a constand reminder to man that whether it be physical, or mental pain that God is still with you.

Why does Jesus call Love One Another a New commandment?
i think it`s because non of us truley love one another and he puts it in a commandment because its really what he wants from us.
