Jesus said certain items belong to God that should be given back (rendered) to God. What are these items?
The items that belong to God is our mind body and soul.  Our faith in God, the love and acceptance.  Being kind to each other, loving our neighbour as we love ourselves, forgiving others for what they have done to us.  All these belong to God.  Glory be to God in the highest.

The common people are praising Jesus, expecting him to become Israel`s next king. Jesus knew they would turn against him a few days later when he disappointed their expectation. Do you have expections of Jesus which he did not promise?

As a child growing up and as an adult now, I sometimes have expectations of Jesus, but he has not promised anything but joy, peace, fulfillment.  As a human I expect Jesus to help me in all my situations, because he never fails us nor forsakes us.  I pray for God to help me in so many situations that I am facing, sometimes I am become disappointed, but things turn out to be okay, then I realise that God has a plan, and if we wait on him, keep trusting and doing his work, he will guide us through any situation when the time is right. 

He has preformed so many miracles in my life, I keep falling in Love with him over and over again, he gets sweeter and sweeter as the day goes by.  Thank you Lord for delivering me and being at my side all the time, if it wasn't for you Lord I would not be here, he has promised never to forsake us and that is so true.  Thank you Lord.

What did the blind man acknowledge about Jesus by calling him the "Son of David."? Note: David was a great king of Israel. The "Messiah" was predicted to be a direct descendent of David, as Jesus was.
The blind man acknowledged that Jesus was descendent of David, and he was the Messiah.  He had that faith that Jesus could heal him soon he hailed out to Jesus, he went before the Messiah and immediately he could see, because he had that faith and believe, if we only follow the ways of the Lord all things are possible

This is Jesus` sharp response to a trick question about divorce from religious lawyers. What does Jesus say is God`s role in a marriage? What motivation to stay together might Jesus offer a struggling couple?
God's role in marriage is that a man should leave his mother and father and cling to his wife.  The two persons should become one flesh.   What God has put together no man should seperate.  It is a sin to divorce, since you will be comitting adultery.  The motivation Jesus would offer a struggling couple is that they should work as team, praying and following the paths of the Lord, and asking him help and guidance in resolving their differences

Jesus exaggerates to makes the point that one should eliminate things that cause one to sin (disobey God). What things might you eliminate to be more spiritually healthy?
The things I might eliminate to be more spirtually healthy is to stop getting angry, learning to accept others for what they are, trying to be there for others, trusting others and forgiving them sincerely even if it hurts, having a positive attitude to life.
