He was an amazing person and son of God. He proved over and over that he was indeed the son of God. He also proved he was human. He displayed anger when the church was used as a market place. He showed compasion to the lady who the town wanted to stone. He showed forgiveness for sins that his diciples had yet to do.
May 22, 2007 If John`s baptism was for repentance, then why do you think Jesus was baptized?
I belive he had to be baptized because he was born a man. It explains in Romans 5:12-19 that we as humans are prone to sin and rebel. I belive he was baptized because of the half of him that was human. The half the was prone to sin. It was Jesus showing us that he is human. He is not above the rest of us. He was felsh and blood just as much as you or I.
