Why do some people need signs and wonders to believe in Jesus, and others do not?
They needed signs because a prophet is without honor. Jesus was one of them. There pride, and lack of faith in God prevented them from hearing His words..

Why do you think the Samaritans called Jesus the Savior of the world?

I think they called Him the Savior, because like the jews the samaritians were also awaiting the coming Messiah. Living in the roman world at that time ,kind of like now, sin and idolatry were probably very real. They probably saw in Jesus the light that would finally break the darkness. Open the hearts of men to turn from there own wicked desire. To love God , and there nieghbors.

What is the harvest, who sows it and who reaps it?
The harvest is the saving of peoples souls. The sowers ,I think, probably refers to the jewish people there patriarchs and profits. It may also refer to the Holy spirt , God, as he softens the hearts of unbelievers. Those who reap are the christians who help and edify new belivers to grow in there faith, and do the will of God.

What type of water is Jesus offering to the woman so that she will never thirst again?

He was offering the life sustaining power of God. Man does not live by bread alone. Are life doesn't come from food or drink it comes from God. It is by His will we exist. Even the water we drink comes from God. When we believe in Jesus we have living water ,God, inside of us.
