In what way is Jesus still with us always? How can we be assured of Hi s presence?
Jesus is with us through the Holy spirit, he left for us, when he asended to Heaven to be with God the Father.  We can be assured of his presence, by the acts that he performs for those of us who Believe in him.

What does Jesus try to teach his disciples by going with them through the storm?
Jesus tries to teach his disciples by going through the storm with them, to have faith in him.  Jesus would never allow anything to happen to them while they're with him.

With whom does Jesus feel a stronger relationship than even his blood relationships (family)?
Jesus feels a stronger relationship wirh those individuals who hear the message of God and do it. There's an old saying," Your actions speak louder than your words."  Those of us who love the Lord, keep his commandments.

No, I don't think any of my intermost secret's would surprise Jesus, because he knows our most inter thoughts, before they formulate in our minds.

How did Jesus prove to John that Jesus was the Messiah predicted by the prophet Isaiah? Note: see "Jesus Rejected at Nazareth - Luke 4:14-30"
Jesus proved to John that he was the Messiah predicted by the prophet Isaiah by healing the sick, giving sight to the blind and preaching the coming of the Kingdom Of God( Good News) and He instructed John's followers to report back to John what they had seen and heared.
