One thing I have never heard addressed is the Moral Hazard involved with forgiveness. Clearly, forgiving those that always intended to do well, but have strayed due to their own imperfections is very charitable.  But what about those who sin with abandon and then ask for forgiveness"  Or premeditated sinning.  If there is minimal consequence to sinning (instant and easy fogiveness) does this not encourage more sinning"  Does the bible address this"
