Why was Jesus so willing, even eager, to heal the leper?
Jesus was willing to heal the leper because he was a sinful man and had the faith and courage to ask Jesus to heal him, also Jesus came to heal the sick and bring the unrighteous to know God.

What was there about the centurian`s faith that so impressed Jesus?
The centurion was honest and he believed that Jesus could heal his servant even if he was not near him. He also confess his unworthiness knowing Jesus had the power to save and to forgive. He had faith in the Savior.

In what ways are Jesus` followers salt and light to the world?

The saying is that salt adds flavor, therefore we are to shine our light in such a way that we could encourage the non-believers or the backsliders to know Christ. We are to spread the gospel, be genuine, be pure and our message should have flavor so it would reach others.

Jesus said 'let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in Heaven.

Do not hide the word of God, instead spread it all aroung the world if you can.

Why can we be glad when we are weak and suffering difficult circumstances?

Because it brings us closer to God, it allows us to call on Him even in our lowest and weakest moments.  He makes us weak in circumstances so we can cry out to Him and He strengthens us. Our weaknesses require obedience, faith and endurance.

There is nothing that God bring us to that He won't bring us through. His son Jesus was tempted at His weakest moment but God was there for Him and He is here for us.

Trust God with all your being, He will strip away all our weaknesses.
