Why didn`t the elders want the true story of Jesus` resurrection to get out?

Because beore Jesus death He told to all i will die and thired dayi will raise again and i will sit on the right hand of Fther then i will come for judgement for dead and live people  That is why the elder people wantthe true story of Jesus resurrection to get out.

Why is the Resurrection of Jesus a source of hope for people, even today?
Because Hecame back to life ,we are living in  the darkness  that is why  Jesus  paid with His blood and brought back in the light He is our savior thatis why Resurrection of Jesus a source of hope for people, even today.

What about Jesus` death impressed the Centurian so much that He realized Jesus was the Son of God?
when the Jesus cried very loudlythe earthqukeed and rocks were split the toms were openedand many bodies of thesaints who had fallen asleep were raised when the saw all these  thingsthey feared  exceedingly saying  truly Jesus is the Son of God they realized lot.
