According to Jesus what does it mean to be loved by God It means we can call Him father. That he will look after and protect us whenever we call on Him through Jesus. It means that though we may displease him with our choices and actions we are assured that if we tell Him we are sorry, He will welcome us back with open arms. If we keep His commandments we are showing our love to Him. Jesus and God will live inside us, and we will learn and experience wondrous things. We will be guided by the Holy Spirit in all that we do. Even if it seems the way we are shown to go might not be right for us, we must trust that He knows as a father what is best. We can't know. So to be loved by God means we accept His guidance and trust He means everything for the good for us.
