Knowing that he was hated because he was not of the world disturbs me emotionally as I was and know of people that are hated in this world that are not of this world. I have come to a realization that patience is definitely a virtue and Jesus provides for all who believe! | | | How has Jesus changed me? | | Jesus has changed me because I used to steal, however I don`t anymore. I realized that the first steps in walking with Jesus is to obey the 10 commandments. All you have to do is walk with God and know that he sent his only begotten Son to save us. How generous is God? How Loving is he to save all of us with his child? So should we be as generous and giving to help eachother. | | | How do I describe "A relationship with Jesus?" | | Hmmm. It may be a bit hard to describe. As the feelings and emotions inside are undescribable. There is a huge fire burning inside of me that fires me up, makes me feel great, makes me feel unstoppable and most importantly I feel loved and God is love... | | | How have I experienced Jesus? | | Through prayer and watching his miracles work in my life. Like just recently I started tithing I did it my very first time. I didnt really have any money left afterwards. I`ve been scrambling to get to work off of the extra change I always throw at the bottom of my purse. Well yesterday which was Wednesday 7/16/08 I had the last change from my purse to get to work just hoping and praying that Thursday comes fast enough to get my check. When I had gotten home yesterday I realized I didnt have enough to get home on Thursday to cash my check or get all the way to work for that matter. So I just slept on it and said my prayers and went to sleep. I woke up and I went back into the same purse that had nothing but pennies and check the other compartment inside and behold was more silver coins totaling more than $8.00. So not only am I allowed to get to work and back home again but received extra.... AND I DO BELIEVE THAT JESUS PUT IT THERE. | | | Why and how did I become a follower of Jesus? | | On a search for the truth long ago. I knew that this world wasnt built on theory but for purpose and if that was the case then I want to know what my purpose is here. | | | Why and how did I become a follower of Jesus? | | Not to perish without having done any of the things that God wants me to do but to find my purpose here on earth to please God. | |
