| 1 of 10: My current level of knowledge about Jesus? | | | 1 of 10: My current level of respect/appreciation for Jesus? | | | I consider Jesus to be | | Forgiver, God, Guide, Lord, Philosopher, Prophet, Son of God, Teacher | | | Jesus makes me feel | | Loving, Accepted, Not alone, | | | Am I a follower of Jesus: Yes | | | What is my journey/story with Jesus? | | I am not sure how to tell that I am `saved`, although,I read in the bible, that when we believe that Jesus is messiah, and that he died for our sins we are saved believers, no longer `heathen`, but are made holy, and God now sees us through him, therefore our sins are no longer what God has in mind for our lives. | | | How has Jesus helped me (with self, family, work)? | | He has healed me of some bad attitudes, that looking back now, were normal for my age, but could have had huge consequences on my life nd the person that I turned into in later years. | | | How has Jesus changed me? | | Again, he changed some of my attitudes. When this `change` happened, everything that once seemed like no big deal took on new meaning. He asks you to step out of everything old, and take the wildest ride of your life! I find myself constntly looking at God saying Are you crazy? I could never accomplish that, I would never have a chance at that, I can never change that! and I can`t, I really have come to see I can`t, only he can. he shows me that I still have A LOT to learn, about life, and life with him. | | | Why and how did I become a follower of Jesus? | | He came into my life and stabilized me, not that I am always stable, but he has made a huge difference in how I believe, about myself, the world around me, and moral issues and choices. | | | Why and how did I become a follower of Jesus? | | fear. just plain flat ol out fear. i realize without him I WOULD BE DEAD! | |
