Genesis 31:39 - That which was torn of beasts I brought not unto thee; I bare the loss of it; of my hand didst thou require it, whether stolen by day, or stolen by night.

Job 24:14,15 - The eye also of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, saying, No eye shall see me: and disguiseth his face.

Obadiah 1:5 - If thieves came to thee, if robbers by night, [how art thou cut off!] would they not have stolen till they had enough? if the grapegatherers came to thee, would they not leave some grapes?

1 Thessalonians 5:2 - For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
